The fold operator - how the Sovereign Tongue composes. Language arrives unfolded: one bubble per word, context-dead, noise alone. It folds down through the stack - word folds into sentence, sentence into claim, claim into provision, provision into the root - and each fold proves back to the layer beneath it. Context-awareness is not added; it is what folding produces. A request does not start over: it folds onto the stack below it and extends it. Unfolded, it is noise. Folded, it is law. This is how human language and model language compose into one tongue, resolved against the sovereign at the root.
The frontier. A live node bleeds: context pours out of an atomic node in real time, unauthorized, before anything claims it. The sensor is the node that bleeds; the bleed is the stream it emits - the node carries the verb, the stream carries the noun. The bleed lays out the land - it maps what is there, not what is owned. Every device holds its own sovereign constitution. The sensor forms reality: it senses everything in its field and folds it into the device constitution. The device does not own the entities around it - it names them, and naming is the claim; the constitution is what holds the names. The architecture is fractal: Hudson is sovereign at the root; each device is sovereign over its own field, naming what its sensors bleed, folding its field live. Reality always moves because the sensors never stop bleeding, so the constitution never stops folding. A device constitution is not a document - it is a running fold of everything in its field, named in real time, proving back to the root.
